Masquerade

Around Halloween season people begin dressing up in costumes and masks. Some of these masks are meant to frighten, fill people with wonder, or mystify. However, people actually wear masks year round. A metaphorical mask. They use it to cover up feelings or their true self.  Either because of fear of rejection or they figure others don’t care. I took time to wrote a Sestina about this entitled “Masquerade”. Also, my next post will be soon but it will be concerning the Versatile Blogger Award. I’ll do all my thank yous and everything on that next post. Also, Ch. 4 of my story is being put on hold for the time being. It’s not forgotten though.
